Depending on the model of Alcatel One Touch Idol 4, there are 2 possible methods for inserting the SIM card. The technique that works should therefore be one of the following 2.SOLUTION 1: INSERT THE SIM CARD ON THE SIDE OF THE ALCATEL ONE TOUCH IDOL 4
To put the SIM card in the Alcatel One Touch Idol 4, you will first have to find the slot which is usually located on the side of the cell phone. It is quite easy to spot it because there is usually a mini hole next to it. When you have located it, you have to insert a pointed utensil at the level of the mini hole next to the slot.
